Scott Barendrecht of Norwich passed away at his home on Friday, March 29, 2024 in his 25th year. Beloved son of Matthys and Robin (Vankerrebroeck) Barendrecht. Loving brother of Aleisha, Jason, Ryan, Anthony (Kelly), and Brandon. Dearest grandson of Anna (Van Der Kemp) Barendrecht and Diane (DeGroote) Vankerrebroeck. Cherished uncle of five nieces & nephews and will be sadly missed by several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Predeceased by his two grandfathers: Matthys Barendrecht Sr. (2006) and George Vankerrebroeck (2013).  Friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (www.mfh.care) for visitation on Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady, Queen of Martyrs Church, Delhi on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Fr. Charles Akinloye officiating. Interment in Bookton Cemetery. Donations to Defeat Duchenne Canada will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
