It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the sudden passing of Bob Decker. Bob passed away at his home in Brantford on Friday, November 17, 2023 in his 69th year. Loving father of Aaron Decker and Alyssa Decker. Cherished grandfather of Lily Decker. Predeceased by parents John and Susan Decker (Holtz). He will also be missed by his cousins. Bob was an avid fan of the Boston Bruins, the Pittsburgh Steelers and NASCAR. On any given Sunday you could find him cheering on his favourite players and drivers from the comfort of his couch. He always looked forward to the annual boys get togethers and cherished those friendships dearly. The family would like to extend their gratitude to friends, colleagues, and neighbours for their continued support throughout this difficult time. As per Bob’s wishes, there will be no service. A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends on Sunday, December 10, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Delhi District German Home. If desired, donations in Bob’s memory may be made to Diabetes Canada at MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (www.mfh.care) and will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
