Obituary of Andy DeBruyne

"Gone from our lives, but not from our hearts" Mr. Andre DeBruyne (Andy), formerly of R.R.#1 Simcoe, passed away peacefully in his 79th year on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the Victoria Hospital in London. He was surrounded with love from family by his side. Andy was a devoted tobacco farmer, who enjoyed life in the country. He found pleasure working in his shop and building stone birdhouses for family and friends. Andy had a passion for nature which included gardening, landscaping and feeding birds. He looked forward to visits from his granddaughters who provided him with laughs and entertainment. Beloved husband of Patricia (Arthur) DeBruyne for 57 years.  Loving father of Dwayne DeBruyne (Cynthia), Darryl DeBruyne and David DeBruyne (Nicole).  Cherished grandfather of Jenna, Kennedy and Alissa. Dearest brother of Simone Sobry (Late Jerome, 2017), brother in law of Cheryl Huyge (Peter) and also survived by several nieces and nephews. A Private Family Service will be held. Inurnment in Delhi Cemetery.
