Mrs. Betty Louise Walters (nee Fuller) of Delhi passed away at Norfolk General Hospital on Sunday, November 20, 2022 in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the Late Ross “Rusty” Walters (2003). Loving step-mother to Terry Walters (Jeanette). Grandmother to David (Margaret) and Stephen (Megan). Great-grandmother to Sam, Chloe, Seth and Taya. Dearest sister of Marilyn McCoy (Glenn). She will be missed by her niece, Tammy Peart (Jim), her nephew, David McCoy and her great niece Amber Peart (Dan). Betty has been predeceased by her step-daughter, Gail Miller (1982). A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
