Mr. Benjamin O'Brien of Delhi, passed away at Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Sunday, July 31, 2022 in his 89th year. Benjamin thoroughly enjoyed listening to music, dancing, cycling, swimming, bird watching, and reading. He was also a big sports fan and great chef. He was a proud employee of the CCTF Corporation before retiring. Husband and treasured friend of Evelyn O’Brien. Father of Debbie (Rick), Terry and Elizabeth. Proud grandfather of Stephanie, Peter, Christie, Simone, Jaeda and Aiden and great-grandfather of 9 great-grandchildren.  Dearest brother of Trevor and Audrey. Also missed by many cherished friends at the Courtlea Park. Friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (www.mfh.care) for visitation on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 am. with Pastor Ted Smith officiating. Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
