Mrs. Irene Warris of Delhi passed away at Delhi Long Term Care Centre on Sunday, February 17, 2019 in her 88th year.  Irene was an avid knitter and crochetter who could make anything, entering and winning many prizes in local fairs and competitions. Former Irene Loretta Clark. Beloved wife of Bill Warris and the Late Donald Zehr (1981). Loving mother of Donna Durst (Late Tony), Bev (Simone), Gordon (Lois), Debbie (Brian), Ron (Sherry) and Allan (Katrina Kalle) and step mother to Ronald, Linda, Russell, Scott (Penny), Ruth Anne (Bruce) and Tim (Dawn). Cherished grandmother of Linda, Sandra, Cathy, Jason, Brad, Mike, Marsha, Brian Jr., Eric, Nicole, Trevor, Dylan, Brody, Chris, Willow, Mike and Katrina and great grandmother of several great grandchildren. Dearest sister of Al Clark. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and in laws. Predeceased by her sister Ruth Clark, and by her brothers, Albert "Chub", Frank, Doug and Donnie. Friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 for visitation on Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Kevin Babbey officiating. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Lynedoch. Donations to the Delhi Long Term Care Centre (Resident Activity Fund) will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
