In Loving Memory
Mr. Paul Vanderheyden of Delhi passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, June 26, 2020 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Adrienne Vanderheyden (Taeymans) for over 63 years. Loving father of Denise Lewis (Tim), Debbie Vanderheyden, and Monique Vanderheyden (Scott Michael). Cherished Bompa of Nicholas Reyno, Scott Paul Lewis and Monique Marie Lewis. Dearest brother of Rudolph Vanderheyden (Lydia), Maria Dewitte (Late Wilfred), and Jeanne Schniermanni (Late Waldemaar). Survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws. Predeceased by his siblings Madeleine, Louis, Joseph, and Alice. Paul came to Canada from Belgium in 1959 and worked very hard to become an accomplished carpenter. He spent most of his free time in his workshop doing the projects that he enjoyed so much. Paul was also custodian with the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic School Board for 16 years. In consideration of the continuing health and safety of our friends and family, a Private Family Funeral Service has taken place with Interment in Delhi Cemetery.
