Mr. Lenard “Len” Bergen of Simcoe, passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Sunday, March 8, 2026 in his 94th year. Lenard was a Member of the Frederick Masonic Lodge and the Waterford Lions Club. He was an avid musician, specializing in the accordion, piano and violin. Beloved husband of the Late Mary Frances (Clark) Bergen (2012). Loving father of Margie Bergen-Hoy (Doug), Daniel Bergen (Cindy), Fred Bergen (Linda) and Frank Bergen (Anne Marie). Cherished grandfather of Matthew (Hailey), Michelle (Robbie), Hannah (Jason) and Emma. Dearest great-grandfather of Brooke and Claire. Treasured brother of Fern Sheppard and the Late Donald Bergen (2013) (Late Joyce, 2018). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. As per Lenard’s wishes, a Private Family Service will take place.
