Obituary of Joe Koteles
In Loving Memory
Mr. Joe Koteles Jr. of Tillsonburg, passed away peacefully at his home with his loving family at his side on Monday, October 20, 2025 in his 66th year. A true farmer to the core, he built a life around the principle of service to others. He was known throughout his community and among his loved ones for his willingness to do anything for anyone. His altruism shines through in how he consistently champions the needs of friends, neighbors, and strangers. He approached life with an open heart and a deep, quiet strength, and his presence was a constant source of comfort and support. This deep commitment to his community was evident in his roles as a proud member of the Knights of Columbus and the Asparagus Board, reflecting his desire to serve the community, even right down to ensuring the best produce was on their plates. Despite his devotion to others, he always enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. With them, he enjoyed a good meal, especially his bacon roasts. He found peace and rebalance through fishing. Loving father of Ashly Graham and Curtis Koteles. Cherished Pop Pops of Agramonte and Camilla. Dearest brother of Patricia Koteles-Murphy, Amanda Miller, and bother-in-law of Elvira Koteles. Brother-in-law of Steve and Brenda Bozso, Fred and Deb Bozso, Suzie (Shawn) O'Connor .
