Mrs. Theresa “Terry” Hamilton (nee Sharpe), formerly of Delhi, passed away at the West Haldimand General Hospital, Hagersville on Sunday, April 13, 2025 in her 73rd year. Theresa loved her gardening and her gardens were her masterpiece, a reflection of her care, beauty and dedication. Former Theresa Sharpe. Beloved wife of the Late Paul Hamilton (2019). Loving mother of April Phillips (Scott) and Shannon Hamilton (Jamie). Cherished sister of MaryLou Lawson (Craig), Angie Pope (Rick), Jane Sharpe and Tim Sharpe (Tracey).  Predeceased by her parents, Colleen and Donald Sharpe, by her siblings: Donnie Sharpe (infant), Jim Sharpe (2022) and Robert F. Sharpe (2003). Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Family Celebration of Life will take place with Inurnment in Delhi Cemetery.
