Mrs. Agnes Toulmain, formerly of Delhi, passed away at Dover Cliffs Long Term Care Home, Port Dover on Sunday, March 16, 2025 in her 89th year. Former Agnes Simone Robeys. Beloved wife of the Late Henri Toulmain. Loving mother of Jerry Toulmain and Yvette Dekeyser. Cherished grandmother of Linette Dekeyser (Mike Morris) and great grandmother of Riley, Dylin and Austin Morris.
