Mrs. Rose Kovacs of R.R. #7 Simcoe passed away at the Delhi Long Term Care Centre, on Monday, March 4, 2019 in her 91^st year. Some of Rose’s favourite activities included hiking around the farm with her dogs, crocheting and gardening. Former Rose Spanics. Beloved wife of Albert Kovacs for over 65 years. Loving mother of Linda Kovacs (Joe) and Joseph Kovacs (Donna). Cherished grandmother of several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws. Predeceased by her four brothers and two sisters: George, Julius, Frank, Steve, Mary and Elizabeth. Friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 for visitation on Wednesday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Deacon Dave Callaghan officiating. Interment in Delhi Cemetery. Donations to the Delhi Belgian Archery Club (Wheelchair Access Fund) or the Delhi Long Term Care Centre (Resident Activity Fund) or the Canadian Diabetes Association will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
