Mr. Louie “Kevin” Kovacs of Delhi, passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday, March 14, 2026 in his 30th year. Kevin was quiet and reserved, his kindness and warmth were deeply felt by those who knew him. He took great pride in being a forklift driver and was known for his strong work ethic for over ten years. Spending time hanging out with his friends, dirt biking, gaming and playing with his beloved family dog Charlie are things he enjoyed. He found peace in going for walks on the trails and stopping to read by the water. Beloved son of Linda (Demarest) & Louie Kovacs. Loving brother of Kristin Hutchings (Kris). Uncle of Karson Hutchings. Cherished grandson of Barbara Demarest (Late Richard, 2017) and Madeline Kovacs (Late Louis, 2020). Dearly loved by his Aunt Cathy Garrison (Aaron), Uncle Ron Demarest (Jill), cousins Amanda, Kaitlin, Danielle and Uncle Rob Kovacs (Bonnie) and cousins Nick and Caitlin. Predeceased by his infant cousin, Rece Garrison (1998). A visitation will be held at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (www.mfh.care) on Thursday, March 26, 2026 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Memorial Donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association (Brant – Haldimand – Norfolk Branch) or the Charity of Your Choice will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
