Ms. Carol Bernier, formerly of Simcoe, passed away at the Caressant Care, Courtland, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 in her 81st year. Carol was a Successful Bookkeeper for herself and others over the years. In her off time, she created beautiful needlepoint. She also enjoyed reading, playing euchre and travelling. Her favourite snack was popcorn. Former Carol Johnston. Loving mother of John Bernier (Patricia) and Dave Bernier (Sandy). Cherished grandmother of Cassandra (Eddie) and Nathaniel. Dearest sister of Joyce Verbrugge (Frank), Sharon Williams (Dave), Rick Johnston and Lew Johnston (Lucy) and sister-in-law of Frank Koprich. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
