Ross Dickey

Mr. Ross Charles Dickey of Simcoe and formerly of Delhi passed away at the Cedarwood Village Nursing Home, Simcoe on Sunday, November 21, 2021 in his 92nd year. Ross was born in Delhi and many may remember him as the day custodian at the Delhi District Secondary School until his retirement. He was a Board Member of the Delhi Cemetery and a Volunteer at Norfolk General Hospital for many years. Beloved husband of 63 years to Pauline (Seitz) Dickey. Loving father of Terry Dickey (Angelo De Amaral) & Darlene Tetlow (Peter). Cherished grandfather of Erika White (Curtis) & Amanda Cole (Brandon) and great-grandfather of Harper White & Emmalee Cole.  Also survived by his siblings: Archie (Ruth), Larry (Betty), Pauline Dempsey (Sid), Doreen Nettling, sister-in-law Donna Seitz and by several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his parents, Thomas & Laura (Voigt) Dickey, by his siblings Laura Pearl, Dorthy Mae, Donna Beare, Earl (Jean), Stanley (Margaret), Harry (Marjorie), Walter (Isabel), George (Valarie), Lee, Bernice Pos (John) and by in-laws George Seitz, Maggie Zacher (John), Emily Yando (Charlie), Dorothy Persoon (Alphonse) and Martin Nettling.
